The tool spindle adopts hydrostatic bearing, which can realize higher stroke; the column radial movement adopts rolling guide, which has high precision and good dynamic characteristics; parameterized programming can be realized; high-precision variable-thickness indexing fossil wheel vice rotation.
This machine tool can process cylindrical spur gear disk, shaft gear, multi-link gear, internal gear.
Applicable to large quantities of automobile, tractor industry gear gear gear insertion processing, but also applicable to machine tools, construction machinery and other multi-species small batch gear processing.
The machining accuracy can reach GB10095-88 standard grade 7 when the tool, fixture and tooth blank reach the required accuracy.
