1.Adopt advanced vertical lathe manufacturing technology, modular design based on FEA . Integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic techniques, guarantee excellent machining performance. 
2.High grade casting from own foundry. Good heat treatment process. Hardened guideway ( above HRC40). Perfect long lifetime and stable accuracy. Pentagon turret adopts high precision rat tooth disc positioning, 120-bisection strong rigidity (traditional five-bisection positioning plate can not be compared)  
3.PLC control made by OMRON Japan. Good layout and cabling in cabinet. Special careful selected components for super reliability.  
4.2 axis DRO is standard. ( 4 axis DRO is optional)
5.16 steps speeds change by electronic valve controller. easily, sensitively and reliably.  
6.Good grounded gears in gearbox to ensure high precision, low noise and long life.
