This machine is a CNC high speed hobbing machine controlled by Siemens 828D system. It has six-axis four linkage function. The use of CNC electronic gear box to replace the traditional hobbing machine gear splitting, differential transmission chain makes the heavy replacement of the exchange of hanging wheel operation becomes easy and simple. The machine is suitable for batch and single piece production of cylindrical spur gears, helical gears, drum-shaped teeth, small taper gears, splines, worm gears and chain wheels. With high efficiency and good precision, it is suitable for gear insertion processing in automobile and tractor industries in large quantities, as well as for gear processing in machine tools, construction machinery and other varieties in small quantities.
