The machine is a highly reliable, CNC-controlled, 4-axis, 3-axis gear shaping machine with continuous indexing. The system is a SINUMERIK 828 D CNC. The machine adopts a longitudinal layout with radial movement of the column and fixed rotation of the table. High-precision double-leading worm gears and hydrostatic bearings are used to support the table in radial and axial directions, which realizes backlash-free transmission of the table and meets the requirements of gear-cutting accuracy. Suitable for the machining of internal and external spur gears of responsive sizes, involute splines and double or multiple gears with special requirements.
