This machine is a CNC high speed hobbing machine controlled by Siemens 828D system. It has six-axis four linkage function. Adopting CNC electronic gear box to replace the traditional hobbing machine gear splitting and differential transmission chain, which makes the heavy operation of replacing the exchange wheel become easy and simple. The machine is suitable for batch and single piece production processing of cylindrical spur gears, helical gears, drum-shaped teeth, small taper gears, splines, worm gears and chain wheels. With high efficiency and good precision, it is suitable for gear insertion processing in large quantities in automobile and tractor industries, as well as for multi-species and small-lot gear processing in machine tools and construction machinery.
