The machine adopts cutting-edge vertical lathe manufacturing technology, integrating modular design, finite element analysis and electromechanical-hydraulic integration technology to ensure high-precision machining capability. Core highlights include:
Control system: optional Siemens 828D CNC system (also supports FANUC and GSK), supports CNC automatic operation and full manual operation, flexible and efficient.
Power system: Equipped with high-torque AC main motor and two-stage gearbox, integrated thread machining and CSCS (Constant Surface Cutting Speed) function to improve machining efficiency and quality.
Material and structure: High-quality castings produced by our own foundry and subjected to strict heat treatment to ensure long service life and stable precision. The crossrail is made of alloy steel (W, Cr, Mn) with protective cover, constant flow oil supply for table guideway, separate design of hydraulic station, constant temperature cooling of hydraulic oil, to ensure long-term stability of machining accuracy.
Lubrication system: automatic lubrication pump supplies oil to each lubrication point at regular intervals, easy maintenance.
