The machine is a highly reliable, CNC-controlled, three-axis, three-link machine for the machining of gears in the continuous indexing method. The system is a SINUMERIK 828D CNC. Longitudinal layout with radial movement of the column and fixed rotation of the table. High-precision double-leading worm gears and hydrostatic bearing support structure in radial and axial direction of the table realize backlash-free transmission of the table to meet the requirements of gear cutting accuracy. -Suitable for machining internal and external spur gears of responsive size, involute splines and double or multiple gears with special requirements.
