This slant-bed CNC lathe is a high-rigidity, cost-effective machine tool; the whole machine adopts modular structural design, the application of computer-assisted design system to complete the optimal structural design of the machine tool, fully enclosed protection.
The X/Z guideway adopts Taiwan linear roller guideway structure; 35/45 wide guideway is wider and more rigid than the same type of CNC lathe in the market.
The spindle adopts high-precision bearings, optimal span design, high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearings with high rigidity, and the maximum speed can reach 3500 RPM; the parts meet the requirements of high rigidity, high precision and high speed; the spindle is equipped with servo main motor as standard, which can realize precise positioning.
The X and Z direction tool travel is driven by servo motor and driven by precision ball screws, which are pre-pressurized with C3 grade large-diameter ball guides for high rigidity and good precision.
