Product Description

By using advanced vertical lathe manufacturing technology and modular design based on Finite Element Analysis (FEA), we have integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic technologies to ensure superior machining performance.

We have high quality castings produced in our own foundry and treated with excellent heat treatment process. The guide rails are hardened (hardness over HRC40) to ensure perfect long life and stable accuracy.

The pentagonal turret adopts high-precision ratchet plate positioning, which possesses high rigidity of 120 equidistant points (traditional five-equidistant positioning plate can't compare with it).

The control system adopts PLC from Japan's OMRON, with excellent cabinet layout and wiring, and specially selected components to ensure ultra-high reliability.

A 2-axis digital display meter (DRO) is standard, and a 4-axis DRO is optional. With the electronic valve controller, 16-step speed changes can be easily realized with sensitive and reliable operation.

Well-designed gears are used in the gearbox to ensure high accuracy, low noise and long life.

We offer a diverse range of accessories and excellent after-sales service to ensure that you can start production immediately upon receipt of the equipment.

We also offer a wide range of optional configurations, such as German MECANO panel box, ball guide, higher table support, extended ram and square ram.
